Joe Biden, the Vice-President of the USA, have visited Kiev, Ukraine on 21th of November, where he met with the Ukrainian president and prime minister. Moreover, Mr. Biden have paid tribute to those who lost their lives during the Ukrainian uprising.
The pro-Russian hacktivist group, calling themselves as CyberBerkut, have defaced several Ukrainian governmental websites to show their protest:

CyberBerkut have published a short statement, where they declare their opposition to “the US intervention into the Ukrainian internal affairs”. Below is the screenshot of one of the defaced websites, where the inscription translated as “Joseph Biden – the Master of Nazis ”:
