Once you have shot some people in the game, the people will call the police in the game. It takes a certain time period before the police actually comes after the vigilante. This allows the vigilante to perform more attacks on the public.
Reason five: People call the police
The game can be used by criminals as the environment of the game replicates the real world. It takes time before people start calling the police. In the game, you are even able to ‘disarm’ the people who are calling the police.

Once the police receives the call in the game, they will innitiate a scan to look where the vigilante currently is located. This can be seen as the radio messages which are transmited between police officers before they target the criminals.
