Cyber criminals are reselling the Turkish Database which was leaked in 2016. In 2016 the Turkish government had a major leak which contained personal data on 49 million citizens.

The 1.5GB database is being resold and offered for free on various underground and public forums like the Breached forum.
Tuncay Besikci, a computer forensics expert confirmed in 2016 to Reuters that the Turkish database leak contained ID numbers and personally identifiable information of at least 46 million citizens.
