This citizen was prepared, and he knew EXACTLY how to react to the situation. The armed citizen was heading towards a Family Dollar store, and while he was parking his car, an unknown person tried to get in the passenger seat.
Hashim Fannin (Armed Citizen) was able to react to the situation, and he was able to hold the suspect at gunpoint, while he was waiting for the police. I believe we need more people like Hashim Fannin in the armed police force. Calm, but direct. Well done Hashim.
