Police show image of man who uses debit card of killed Rotterdam citizen

The police have shared images via social media of an unknown man who withdrew money with the debit card of a man who was found dead under suspicious circumstances in his home on 13 June in Zaagmolenstraat in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Police want to speak to the man in the footage.

The circumstances surrounding the death prompted the police to assign twenty detectives to the case. A lot of violence had been used and the victim’s bank card had disappeared, police said. The pass was used by the wanted man after the victim’s death.

Another man (42) has already been arrested on suspicion of involvement in the death of the 51-year-old citizen of Rotterdam. He was arrested on June 29. Exactly what role he played in the man’s death is still under investigation. The victim was seen on CCTV footage in the city the night before his death, but what happened after that is still unclear.
