Nigeria Massacre in 2015

On Saturday, January the 3rd the Boko Haram terror group drove up to a military outpost in Baga. The reports claim that once the Nigerian militant groups saw the Boko Haram fighters they fled the scene. The Boko Haram terror group had no trouble to capture the Military outpost and in the following days it massacred everyone that was spotted in the city Baga.

The reports claim that no one was spared, the terrorist even shot old men, women and children. It is not just that the Nigerian troops stationed in Baga fled almost immediately on Boko Haram’s arrival. The military has itself played a role in Baga’s terror. In April 2013, a handful of Boko Haram fighters ambushed some Nigerian troops near Baga. In response, the military stormed Baga, burning down thousands of homes and killing 200 people.

And now in Nigeria there are some groups which urge the police to arrest the ex-governor for having links to the Boko Haram terror group.  The Nigerian officials have also ended a training program which they had initated with the United States. The training program had been crafted to train soldiers for Nigeria. The people which have been trained are now actively inserted in regions to counter Boko Haram operations.
