Girl which was beaten by the police during custody receives 875K payment

The female which is ’48’ years old was arrested by the police for driving under influence, while she was detained, the cops used excessive force to control the female.

The excessive force resulted in physical damage towards the female – several bones in her face were shattered and now she suffers from nerve damage which was caused by the injury.

The case is from 2013, but it took 2 years before the case was brought to a final conclusion. The judge claimed that the Skokie Police Department has to pay 875 thousand dollars to the female.

Surveillance video released in 2013 attracted much attention, as it appeared to show the officer throwing Feuerstein back into her cell, launching her face-first into a cement bench.
