$56,095 3D-printed motorcycle named ‘Light Rider’

This electric motorcycle from Airbus is called Light Rider and it is 3D printed.

It just weights 77 pounds and the material which is used is a aircraft-grade aluminum.

According to EnGadget the Light Rider material is made out of thin metal layers which are produced in a bed of metal powder.

The hollow frame is aircraft-grade aluminum (this is Airbus, after all) and it takes shape via thousands of thin metal layers produced in a bed of metal powder.

Airbus is only going to create 50 of these and they will cost $56,095 each.
