$460m spend by US Cyber Command to outsource itself

The United States Cyber Command has stated that they have a $460m contract waiting for any contractor that is able to mostly outsource the US Cyber Command. This action will allow the US Cyber Command to expand their offensive and defensive capabilities in the cyber domain.

The US Cyber Command has stated in their drafts that they are searching for a contractor which will be able to recommend, develop, evaluate, analyse, and integrate cyber weapons / capabilities.
