A new message issued by Reza Pahlavi directly challenges claims that conditions inside Iran have returned to normal, calling such narratives a deliberate attempt by the Islamic Republic to deceive the world and buy time.
In his statement, Pahlavi says there is “a sea of blood” between the Iranian people and what he describes as a criminal regime. He stresses that nothing in Iran can be considered normal as long as Ali Khamenei and the current ruling system remain in power and those responsible for killings are not held accountable. The bloodshed, he says, leaves no room for silence or retreat.
Pahlavi addresses the escalating repression, including killings and the imposition of martial-style controls, and urges Iranians to adapt their resistance. If the cost of protesting in the streets has been raised, he says, then homes must become centers of resistance — through strikes, refusing to go to work, and nightly chants and slogans.
He calls on people across Iran to raise their voices from Saturday to Monday, 17 to 19 January, at exactly 8 p.m., using national slogans to express anger and protest.
According to Pahlavi, these coordinated actions will demonstrate to the world that the end of what he calls an “anti-Iranian and criminal regime” is approaching.
He adds that the world is watching the courage of the Iranian people and says clearer and more practical international support for what he describes as a national revolution will follow.
Pahlavi concludes by expressing confidence that Iranians will reclaim their country together and rebuild it anew, reinforcing a message of unity, perseverance, and determination amid the ongoing Iran Revolution 2026.
