 Launching the International Institute for Strategic Studies' latest Military Balance book on 7 March 2012, IISS CEO John Chipman explains why he believes Israel has been persuaded not to launch an attack on Iranian nuclear facilities this year, after a meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US President Barack Obama.
